Horsepack Trips Where we travel to 2 or more campsites during the trip.	$250.00 / day	$175.00 / day
Drop Camps We pack you in and then come back to get you.	$300 per person (round trip)	same as adult

Reservations and Deposits

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible in order to meet your desired time frame.

We require a deposit of $200 per person to reserve a trip date. (50% for drop camps)

Reservations received by phone or email will be held for 10 days and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your trip date. Payments may be made by check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and final payment are nonrefundable, but may be applied to a future trip.

Safety Limitations

Since our horses are physically limited in how much weight they can safely carry, we have a weight limit of 225 lbs for our guests.

Due to inherent dangers associated with wilderness horsepack trips, we have a guest age limit of 6 years old. Each guest or guardian will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival for the trip.

Accommodations Before and After the Trip

Most of our guests plan to arrive in Joseph the day prior to their trip. Guests are responsible for their own lodging and we can provide a list of Motels and RV Parks in the area. There are many attractions in Wallowa County including bronze foundry tours, Wallowa Lake, and a Tramway to the top of Mount Howard.
